1. An Initial List of Officers (the filing fee is $125 to the Secretary of State. We will help you complete this form, free.
2. A Nevada State Business License. The State fee is $100. This can be done through the mail. Here is a form.

Here are some additional advantages to incorporate your business in Nevada :

Nevada has no usury laws. Your corporation can charge interest on loans that exceed the average lending rate.
Your corporation can issue stock in exchange for services. You can independently contract your expertise and skills as a consultant to your Nevada corporation.
Nevada provides for "bearer" shares" of stock. This means that you can issue stock to "the bearer" and the name of the person actually holding the stock in your company is anonymous. Nevada has a law that only require two things on the stock certificate: (1) the name of the corporation; and (2) the amount of the shares. The stock ledger, however, must contain the name and address of the individual stockholders. Bearer shares have been referred to a check written for "cash". Whoever is in control of the stock certificate that is written out to "bearer" has the authority to cash in those cash as the owner. This is an advantage to those who want to have an interest in a corporation with financial privacy.
Anonymity. If you are trying to find a jurisdiction where you do not have to be listed on public records as an owner of a corporation, Nevada is the place for you. The public filings in Nevada include the initial filing of the Articles of Incorporation that must contain the name and address of at least one director and the filing of an Annual List of Officers. If you wish to remain anonymous, one of our associates will be listed as the officers and directors of your corporation. There are limits, however, to anonymity. If you are going to have a bank account and want signing authority, you will have to provide the bank with your name and social security number.
